Serco Gulf, a subsidiary of Serco Group a leading UK based facilities management and outsourcing company has selected ZRG to provide next generation advance telephone communication systems (Call Center Solution) which will be used to handle Serco’s growing business and to provide high quality personalized customer services to the customers in the Gulf region.
